For the products, why are some of the colours in the checkout page named differently from the description?
As we aim to achieve minimum colour differences from our actual products, the names for the colour swatches may differ from what we mentioned in the description box. Please be reassured that the colours mentioned in the description are the accurate colour descriptions. To avoid confusion when placing your order, kindly refer to the image of the product shown.
The product that I'm interested in is sold out! Can I pre-order it?

Discounts and Gift Cards
How does the Gift Card work?
Enter the details of the recipient's email and your message in the checkout page under "Please leave special instructions below". Upon confirmation of your order, an email with the Gift Card selected and your message will be sent to your recipient. A copy of the Gift code itself will be sent to your email as well.
Can the gift cards/store credits be used partially?
Yes, if the gift card/store credit is more than the checkout amount there will be a balance remaining that you can use for your next purchase.
How do I view my store credits?
For returns, all store credits are emailed to our customers as a gift code. To view the balance amount of the credit, simply access the link to the code in the same email. The balance amount will be shown in a small speech bubble on the top right corner of the page.
Can I use my gift code concurrently with a discount code?
Yes both codes may be used at the same time. Simply add each code and the checkout balance will be updated.
Where is the field to input my discount code/gift code?
When using your mobile phone to browse the site, the field does not display as in desktop view. After clicking on the checkout button you will be directed to the page to confirm your shipping address. On the top of the page, click on the dropdown arrow "Show order summary" and input your code.
Do you have a retail shop or flagship store?
